It's still pretty early in the season so not a lot of items are out yet, but the prices aren't bad for a specialty store and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. For an even greater selection check out their catalog!

The Jung Garden Center in Sun Prairie sold us a banana plant with a spider mite infestation. After learning why the plant was showing signs of wilting, yellow leaves, I called to ask if we could get a refund on the plant. Over the phone, a Jung staff member said that it would be no problem and we could get a full refund. When we brought the plant to the store, the clerk and manager did a 180, told us there were no refunds even though they knowingly had spider mite issues with their plants. Even when I called back and asked why what I was told over the phone was not being honored, the staff completely blew me off. Look at their reviews on the Better Business Bureau website - we are not unique.
